Talk If You Need Support
If you are having difficulty with your wellness during this time and would like support and counseling, you can contact these resources. In this section you can find the following types of resources for Spanish speaking individuals: social networks to join, local counseling services, and crisis lines. If you want English specific resources, please see our resources listed on the following pages: audio/video, cellular applications or for providers.

Due to health limitations and prevention during this time, services are being conducted by telehealth. If you want to communicate with our well-being program in Spanish or English or want to talk with a counselor, contact us: Send a message on WhatsApp to + 1-503-930-2715 or send an email to RHAbienestar@gmail.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours. If you need immediate help, call 800-911-2000. If you need to talk with a medical provider from our organization for migrants in Tijuana, you can send a message on Whatsapp to +52-1-664-115-7709 and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
