Resources for Dealing with Stress and COVID-19
The current public health situation is naturally stressful for everyone, especially those who have already had to deal with significant stressful situations. Some things that are normal to experience right now include: difficulty sleeping, worrying a lot, feeling hopeless or sad, irritability, feeling lonely, remembering past events, and experiencing physical aches or pains related to stress (e.g., stomach aches or headaches). So here we have great resources that we recommend because we know that many people have found them useful during this time. These resources were specifically selected for being available in Spanish. English versions are provided to especially support the well-being of English speaking providers and volunteers and the sharing of resources with Spanish-speaking individuals. Try a resource out to experience the benefits yourself!
